A small extension to a domestic property. Carried out utilising a curved Kalzip standing seam system with an internal visible cranked curve liner. The project was carried out for Architects Will Alsop and George Clarke and televised on Channel 4.
The build up installed onto timber included for a cranked curved 0.7mm thick steel liner, clear reinforced polythene vapour control layer, 240mm thick plus 40 insulation, Pre-curved 65/400 0.9mm thick stucco embossed aluminum standing seam. The hip details were finished with a fully welded joint for robust detailing.
The rainwater goods were completed with Alumasc 125 x 110mm half round gutters and 75mm dia flush joint rainwater pipes all in mill finished aluminium.
